  • 500 g ground meat
  • 250 ml tomato juice
  • 150 g onion
  • 60 ml cooking oil
  • 1 tsp salt and black pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 200 ml sparkling water
  • 50 ml cooking oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  1. Prepare the filling. Sautee finely chopped onions on some oil. Add the minced meat and season it with a bit of salt and black pepper. Put the tomato sauce and cook it around 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the sheet of phyllo dough into the size of the baking pan. Grease the baking pan with a bit of oil.
  3. Line the baking pan with three sheet of phyllo dough and put 2 tbsp of prepared filling. Above them, lay another three sheet of phyllo dough and do the filling again. Repeat until all of the sheets are used. Be aware that you don’t fill the last tree sheets.

  5. In a bowl, whisk eggs, oil, salt, greek yogurt and water.
  6. Using a sharp knife, cut the pie in equal squares.
  7. Pour the topping carefully over the pie. Leave the pie for around 15 minutes to soak the topping.
  8. Bake the pie in heated oven for around 40 minutes.
  9. Let it cool, if need it, cut again in equal squares and serve it.
