    I have just discovered your blog and am so glad I did! I have pinned so many beautiful recipes, I almost don’t know where to start! This burek looks wonderful and I would love to make it to share with a Bosnian friend. Because I have never made burek in a pie pan, your directions for placing the phyllo confuse me a bit. I wish you had photos of the process for beginners like me! I think you are saying to place the brushed dough sheets from one side to the other, slightly overlapping, with ends hanging over the pie pan (to fold over the top later). I don’t understand what you mean by “gather to form a bundle that resembles a flower” or where I should place the gathered up sheet of phyllo. Maybe I should just make this in a rectangle baking pan? Any help you could give me would be appreciated!
